Due to a recent increase last minute cancellations or no shows, PANA now reserves all appointments by credit card at time of booking. Credit cards will not be processed unless inadequate notice is given to change or cancel appointments. If you fail to give adequate notice a 50% charge for your service will be put on your credit card.
24 hour cancellation notification is required for any service and a 48 hour cancellation notice is required for any packages scheduled. As well as arriving late may result in your appointment being shortened to avoid delaying the next client.

Service Etiquette
- Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment to fill in necessary paper work .
- Arriving late for your appointment will result in your service ending at the scheduled time in order to avoid other appointments from being delayed.
- Arriving 15 minutes or later than a scheduled appointment will result in a the appointment being rescheduled and a service fee being applied to your next service.
- 24 hour cancellation notice is required.
- In order for you and our other visitors to best enjoy the services we offer, we ask that you turn your cell phones off.
- Prices do not include GST & are subject to change without notice.
- In consideration of our other guests and for safety reasons we request that your children do not accompany you to your appointment.

- Please keep in mind for optimum waxing results leg, underarm bikini hair should be minimum of ¼" in length.
- Exfoliate the body area to be waxed 24 hours before treatment.
- Lift ingrown hairs 4 days prior to service.
- Bikini, Chest & Back hair should be NO LONGER than ½" in length... please trim hair from these body areas you wish to have waxed prior to your appointment should it be longer.
- Discontinue use of skin thinning products 48 hours prior to waxing treatment.
- Avoid use of tanning 48 hours prior to and after waxing treatment
- Be sure to let your technician know if you are on any medications or have an ailment which may cause adverse skin reactions.
- Prices are for basic waxing procedures, please be keep in mind that if more than normal area is being treated the price will go up.
